Controllano la zona protetta tra l&#8217;emettitore e il ricevitore e bloccano i movimenti pericolosi della macchina non appena un raggio viene interrotto. <\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7a24d66 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7a24d66\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Che cos&#8217;\u00e8 la funzione di blanking?<\/h2><p>In alcune applicazioni, ad esempio quando pezzi, dispositivi o nastri trasportatori attraversano regolarmente la zona protetta, alcuni raggi devono essere oscurati in modo specifico. La funzione di blanking lo rende possibile: alcuni fasci luminosi vengono disattivati in modo che determinati oggetti possano attraversare la zona protetta senza che si verifichi un arresto. Ci\u00f2 significa che gli stessi fasci luminosi vengono sempre disattivati. Questa variante \u00e8 adatta alle applicazioni in cui un oggetto (ad esempio un&#8217;attrezzatura fissa o un portapezzo) si proietta in modo permanente nel percorso del fascio.  <\/li><li><strong>Fix-blanking con tolleranza sul bordo<\/strong><br>Questa variante consente anche leggere deviazioni di posizione dell&#8217;oggetto tranciato. Se il supporto del pezzo si muove leggermente o vibra, la protezione rimane attiva finch\u00e9 l&#8217;interruzione rientra nell&#8217;intervallo di tolleranza definito. <\/li><li><strong>Floating blanking<\/strong><br>Con il floating blanking \u00e8 possibile interrompere un certo numero di fasci luminosi in qualsiasi punto della zona protetta senza attivare un segnale di spegnimento.
